Is there a limit on how many edits I can request?

Small edits are unlimited with fair use, so you can send as many as your business needs. If you ever need something big, like several new pages, I’ll quote it first so you are never surprised.

How fast will my update be done?

I confirm every request within 24 hours, and most small edits are done the same business day. Something time-sensitive? Choose that option on the form, or call or text me.

I’m not a Care Plan member. Can I still send a request?

Yes. Send it in and I’ll tell you what it costs before we start. Or add the $59-a-month Care Plan, and small edits are included. See what the Care Plan covers.

Can I send photos or a logo?

Yes. Text photos to 813-556-5611 or email them to jason@procitywebdesign.com, and mention them in your request.

What if I need a new page?

New pages are $40 each, and I confirm that price with you before starting. Most pages are added within a few days.

I want to change my domain or move it. Can you help?

Yes. You own your domain, and I’ll help you connect it, or change it, at no extra charge. Choose that option in the form.
