01Agreeing to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use this website or buy services from Start Your Business LLC, doing business as Pro City Web Design ("Pro City Web Design," "we," "us" or "our"). By using our website or paying for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

02Our Services

We offer website design, website redesigns, a monthly Website Care Plan (which includes hosting), search engine optimization (SEO) and local citations, Google Ads management, Facebook and Instagram ads management, and graphic design. What's included in each package or service is described on our website, and any custom details will be confirmed with you by phone, text or email before work begins.

03Pricing and Payment

• Website packages are a one-time price, paid in full before work begins: Starter (1 page) $99, Growth (5 pages) $400 and Authority (10 pages) $600, unless a different price is agreed in writing.
• Monthly services (SEO, Google Ads management and Facebook and Instagram ads management) are $199 per month each, billed in advance.
• The Website Care Plan (which includes hosting) is billed monthly at the rate shown at checkout, currently $25 per month.
• Graphic design is priced per project. Most projects start at $75, and we'll confirm your exact price before any work begins.
• Payments are processed by Square. Prices may change in the future, but we'll never change the price of something you've already paid for.

04Our 7-Day Delivery Promise

Speed is one of the things we're proudest of, so we back it with our money.

• The clock starts the moment your payment is received.
• Your website will be fully designed within 7 days. "Fully designed" means your website is built and ready for your review.
• If we don't deliver within those 7 days, the money you paid for your website package comes back to you.
• This promise is our commitment to on-time delivery. Changes you request after your review, and connecting your web address, happen after the 7 days and aren't part of the countdown.

05Your Website Project

• Content: FREE professional writing and photos are included with every website package. If you give us your own text, photos or logos, you confirm you have the right to use them.
• Your review: you'll have a chance to review your website and request changes before it goes live. Reasonable changes to the work we've created are included. Brand-new pages or features beyond your package may cost extra, and we'll always tell you first.
• Free extras: the FREE logo design, FREE setup of 2 social media pages and FREE first month of SEO are included only with the Growth and Authority packages.
• Delays: if a project is paused for more than 30 days because we're waiting on you, we may close it. You can restart it by contacting us.

06Who Owns Your Website

Once you've paid in full, your website design, pages and content created for you belong to you, and you'll receive your own login. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how. We may show your website in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd prefer we didn't, just let us know.

07Monthly Services and Cancellation

• There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel any monthly service, including the Website Care Plan, at any time by calling, texting or emailing us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your service keeps running through the month you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
• If you cancel the Website Care Plan, we'll help you move your website to another host if you'd like.

08Advertising Budgets

Our $199 monthly fee for Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram ads covers setup and the ongoing work of managing, testing and improving your ads. Your advertising budget is separate and is paid directly to Google or Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You choose how much to spend and can change it anytime. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which you agree to when you run ads with them.

09Results

We work hard to help your business get found and bring in customers, and we share our clients' typical results on our website. However, search engines and ad platforms such as Google and Meta make the final decisions about rankings and ad delivery, and results depend on many things outside our control, including your industry, location and competition. We can't guarantee a specific ranking, number of calls or amount of sales.

10Third-Party Platforms

Websites and marketing rely on outside companies, such as hosting providers, website builders, Google, Meta, Square and online directories. We're not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

11Using Our Website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to hack it, sending spam through our forms or copying our content to use as your own. Everything on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Pro City Web Design or is used with permission.

12Limits of Our Responsibility

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Pro City Web Design is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim related to a service will not be more than the amount you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

13If Something Goes Wrong

If you're ever unhappy, please contact us first at jason@procitywebdesign.com or 813-556-5611. Most problems can be solved with a quick conversation. These Terms are governed by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply to future purchases, not to services you've already paid for.
