This website is operated by Start Your Business LLC, doing business as Pro City Web Design ("Pro City Web Design," "we," "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, contact us or buy our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Call-back and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, type of business, the service you're interested in and any message you write.
• When you work with us: details about your business, logos, photos, text and login access you share so we can build or manage your website and marketing.
• When you call, text or email us: your phone number or email address and the contents of your messages.

Payment information

Payments are processed securely by Square. When you check out, your card details go directly to Square. We never see or store your full card number. Square may share limited details with us, such as your name, email address and the purchase amount, so we can confirm your order.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and the companies that host it may automatically receive basic technical information, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit. If we add website analytics in the future, such as Google Analytics, it may use cookies to help us understand how visitors use our site.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted companies that help us run our business, and only as needed to provide our services:

• Square, to process payments
• Our form provider, which delivers the messages you send through our website forms to our inbox
• Website hosting and email providers, which store and deliver our website and messages
• Platforms you ask us to work with, such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp and online directories, when we set up your listings, ads or social media pages

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

06Third-Party Services and Links

Our website uses some services run by other companies, such as fonts from Google and website preview images in our portfolio. Our site also links to other websites, including our clients' websites. Those companies have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle information.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide your services, keep accurate business and tax records, and meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
