01Agreeing to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use this website or buy services from Start Your Business LLC, doing business as Pro City Web Design ("Pro City Web Design," "we," "us" or "our"). By using our website or paying for our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or services.

02Our Services

We offer website design, website redesigns, a monthly Website Care Plan (which includes hosting), search engine optimization (SEO) and local citations, Google Ads management, Facebook and Instagram ads management, and graphic design. What's included in each website or service is described on our website, and any custom details will be confirmed with you by phone, text or email before work begins.

03Pricing and Payment

• Website flat fee is a one-time flat fee, paid before work begins: $99 for a 5-page website or $199 for a 10-page website, unless a different price is agreed in writing. The Website Care Plan ($59 per month, billed automatically) is started separately from your confirmation page after you pay your one-time flat fee.
• Website redesigns are custom quoted based on your current website, and you will see your price before you pay anything.
• Monthly services (SEO, Google Ads management and Facebook and Instagram ads management) are $199 per month each, billed in advance.
• The Website Care Plan (hosting, security, updates and small edits) is $59 per month, billed monthly, and is included with every website we build. There is no contract.
• Graphic design is priced per project. Most projects start at $75, and we'll confirm your exact price before any work begins. Your first logo is free with every website.
• Payments are processed by Square. Prices may change in the future, but we'll never change the price of something you've already paid for.

04Our 7-Day Delivery Promise

Speed is one of the things we're proudest of, so we back it with our money.

• The 7 days begin once we have everything we need from you. That means your business details, plus your logo, wording and photos if you are providing them. If you would like us to create those for you, we can begin as soon as we have your business details and your payment. We will tell you the day your 7 days begin.
• Your website will be fully designed within 7 days. "Fully designed" means your website is built and ready for your review.
• If we don't deliver within those 7 days, the money you paid for your website comes back to you.
• This promise is our commitment to on-time delivery. Changes you request after your review, and connecting your web address, happen after the 7 days and aren't part of the countdown.

05Your Website Project

• Content: free professional writing and photos are included with every website. If you give us your own text, photos or logos, you confirm you have the right to use them.
• Your review: you'll have a chance to review your website and request changes before it goes live. Reasonable changes to the work we've created are included. Brand-new pages or features beyond your website may cost extra (additional pages are $40 each), and we'll always tell you first.
• Free extras: the free logo design (3 designs to choose from) and the creation of 2 brand-new business social media pages are included with every website. Ongoing posting and management of those pages is not included.
• Your domain: you buy and own your web address (domain name) from a registrar of your choice. We'll help you connect it to your website. If you don't have one yet, we will help you choose one.
• Delays: if a project is paused for more than 30 days because we're waiting on you, we may close it. You can restart it by contacting us.
• Portfolio: we may show your finished website in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd prefer we didn't, just let us know.

06Monthly Services and Cancellation

• There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel any monthly service, including the Website Care Plan, at any time by calling, texting or emailing us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your service keeps running through the month you've already paid for, and you won't be billed again.
• The Website Care Plan covers hosting, the security lock (SSL), updates and upkeep, and small edits such as text, image, hours and contact changes, with no per-edit fee. Requests are made through our update request form, by text or by phone. Larger changes, like new pages or new features, are quoted separately.
• If you cancel the Care Plan, hosting ends at the end of your paid period. You keep your domain, your logo and your social media pages, and on request we will send you your website's files so you can host them elsewhere.

07What's Not Included

To keep pricing simple and affordable, the following are not included in your website flat fee or Care Plan, but can be discussed for custom pricing:

• Complex custom web applications
• Large online stores (100 or more products)
• Advanced custom integrations
• Custom photo and video shoots
• Ongoing social media management
• Ongoing content writing
• SEO and advertising services (our monthly SEO, Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads services are separate, optional and $199 per month each)
• Your domain name registration and your advertising budgets

08Advertising Budgets

Our $199 monthly fee for Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram ads covers setup and the ongoing work of managing, testing and improving your ads. Your advertising budget is separate and is paid directly to Google or Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You choose how much to spend and can change it anytime. Those platforms have their own terms and policies, which you agree to when you run ads with them.

09Results

We work hard to help your business get found and bring in customers, and we share our clients' typical results on our website. However, search engines and ad platforms such as Google and Meta make the final decisions about rankings and ad delivery, and results depend on many things outside our control, including your industry, location and competition. We can't guarantee a specific ranking, number of calls or amount of sales.

10Third-Party Platforms

Websites and marketing rely on outside companies, such as hosting providers, website builders, Google, Meta, Square and online directories. We're not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions, but we'll do our best to help if something goes wrong.

11Using Our Website

Please don't misuse our website, for example by trying to hack it, sending spam through our forms or copying our content to use as your own. Everything on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Pro City Web Design or is used with permission.

12Limits of Our Responsibility

Our website and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, Pro City Web Design is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total responsibility for any claim related to a service will not be more than the amount you paid us for that service in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

13If Something Goes Wrong

If you're ever unhappy, please contact us first at jason@procitywebdesign.com or 813-556-5611. Most problems can be solved with a quick conversation. These Terms are governed by applicable law.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes apply to future purchases, not to services you've already paid for.
