Website Design
A Brand-New Website, Built Around Your Business
We design custom websites from scratch for small businesses nationwide, whether you're opening your doors this month or replacing an old site. You get a professional site that looks amazing on every phone and computer, with free writing and photos, ready in 7 days, starting at just $99 as a one-time flat fee.
The Anatomy of a Website That Wins Customers
Before we talk pages and prices, here's what every website we design is built to do. Every one includes these six essentials, because each one makes it easier for customers to choose you.
A headline that says exactly what you do
In 3 seconds, visitors should know what you offer and where. If they have to guess, they leave.
A tap-to-call button that's always visible
Most local customers would rather call than fill out a form. We make that one tap away on every page.
Proof that builds trust
Your story, your services and your photos build trust before the first call. Just opened? We start with who you are. Been around for years? We show off your track record.
A page for every service
Each service gets its own page so Google can match it to the exact searches your customers make.
A simple way to request a quote
Short, easy forms bring in leads from people who aren't ready to call yet.
Built for phones first
Most visitors will find you on a phone. Everything is designed to look and work great on a small screen.
Built for Phones First, Because That's Where Your Customers Are
Essential number six deserves a closer look, because most of your customers will meet your website on a phone first. Picture someone looking out at an overgrown lawn, or sitting in their car looking for lunch. They're on their phone, and they want an answer fast.
If your website is hard to read, slow to load or makes them pinch and zoom, they hit the back button and call someone else. So every website we build is designed for phones first, then made beautiful on bigger screens too.
- Big, easy-to-tap call and text buttons
- Text that's easy to read without zooming
- Fast loading, even on a weak signal
- Directions and hours one tap away
See a Website Grow, Page by Page
A page is a single address on your website, like yourbusiness.com/services. Here's a landscaping company's website. Switch between our two sizes to watch it grow, and see which sounds like your business.
Each main topic gets its own page
Visitors skip straight to what they need, and Google can match each service to a search. Fits a business that is just getting online, or has 3 or 4 main services, which is most local businesses.
Every service and every town gets a page
The most ways to be found, and room to explain each service properly. Fits a business with 5 or more services, or one that serves several towns.
Faded boxes are pages you could add as you grow.
Every Page on Your Website Has a Job
These are examples of pages your website could have, or might need. You won't need every one, and your list may look different from another business's. Pick the pages that match what you offer and how your customers search, and I’ll help you decide. Here's what each one does for you.
Home
Your front door, and usually the first page people see. It shows who you are and what you do in a few seconds, builds trust with your best photos and reviews, and points visitors to the next step, like calling or asking for a quote.
About Us
Your story. People hire people they trust, and this is where they get to know you. Share who's behind the business, how long you've been at it and what you care about. Just opened? Tell them why you started. Been around a while? Show off your track record.
Services
A page for each service you offer, so a customer can find exactly what they need. It also lets Google match each service to the specific searches people make, like “water heater repair” or “wedding photographer.”
Service Areas
Pages for the towns and cities you serve. When someone searches “plumber in Phoenix,” a page about your Phoenix work gives Google a reason to show you, instead of a business that only mentions one city.
Photo Gallery
Your best work on display. Finished jobs, before-and-afters, your team, your space. Photos sell faster than words, and they let people picture working with you before they ever pick up the phone.
Reviews
Happy customers doing the selling for you. Real feedback builds trust fast, especially with people who've never heard of you. Just opened? We add this page as soon as you have your first few reviews.
FAQ
Answers the questions customers always ask, like pricing, hours and how it works, so they don't have to call to find out. It also helps with Google: when someone searches a local question, Google often pulls the answer from a business's FAQ page if it answers that question directly. That can put your name in front of people who haven't chosen anyone yet.
Contact and Quotes
Makes it effortless to reach you: tap to call, tap to text, or send a short quote request. Your hours, address and directions live here too. People who aren't ready to call will often send a form instead, so you don't lose them.
Don't see a page you need? We can build it. Other pages our clients ask for include a Menu, Pricing, Our Team, Financing, Emergency Service and Special Offers.
Think of Google as the World's Biggest Library
So why do pages matter so much? Every page on your website is like a book on a shelf with your business name on the cover. When someone searches on Google, Google acts like a librarian. It walks the shelves and hands that person the book that best matches what they asked for.
So when a customer types:
Let's say it's 7 a.m., the car starts grinding every time the driver hits the brakes, and they grab their phone and type that search. They're stressed, they're ready to pay, and they'll call the first company that looks like it can help.
With a one-page website, Google looks at your single page, sees it's mostly about your business in general, and decides another company's page is a better match. That driver ends up calling a different company.
Now picture your website with a page just about brake repair. Google finds the perfect match on your shelf and puts your business right in front of that driver. They tap to call, and the job is yours.
Now multiply that by every service you offer. Oil changes. Check engine lights. New tires. Every one of those is a different search, by a different customer, every single day. Each page you add is another door those customers can walk through.
Example: an auto repair shop's website
See the Difference for Yourself
Here's an example for an auto repair shop. These are real things customers type into Google. A check mark means the website has a page made for that search, so Google has a reason to show it.

Not an Auto Shop? It Works the Same Way for Every Business.
It's Thursday night. A bride-to-be is getting married in 9 days, and her stylist just cancelled. She grabs her phone and searches:
If your salon has a one-page website that says "haircuts, color and more," Google doesn't see a match for bridal styling. So it shows her the salon down the street that has a page called Bridal Hair and Makeup. She books them, and brings her whole bridal party with her.
If your website has that Bridal page, Google hands her your book. One page. One search. A whole wedding party of new clients who may come back for years.
Now think about balayage, extensions, kids' cuts and keratin treatments. Each one is a different person, searching for a different service, ready to book today.
Example: a hair salon's website

"The most basic signal that information is relevant is when content contains the same keywords as your search query."
In plain English: when someone searches "brake repair," Google looks for a page about brake repair. If your website has that page, you have a shot. If it doesn't, you don't.
Opening soon? Your pages are how strangers find you before anyone has heard your name. Been around a while? Your pages are how customers who've never heard of you find you, too. Either way, each page is one more way in.
Which Size Fits Your Business?

A Friendly Look at What’s Not Included
We believe a low price should stay low, so we like to be open about what’s included and what isn’t. To keep your one-time flat fee of $99 or $199 simple and affordable, the services below are not part of it. If you’d like any of them, just ask and I’ll give you a custom price. Those prices are kept cost-effective, in the same spirit as the affordable price of building your website, so you’ll never be surprised later.
- Complex custom web applicationsCustom-built software, member portals and logins are a bigger project than a business website.
- Large online stores (100+ products)A small shop is easy to talk through. A very large catalog needs custom pricing.
- Advanced custom integrationsConnecting your website to outside software, booking systems or databases.
- Custom photo and video shootsWe provide beautiful photos for every page of your website. If you’d love something truly one of a kind, like custom photography or video made just for your business, we’re happy to create it for you at a custom price.
- Ongoing social media managementWe create your 2 pages for free. Posting for you every week is a separate service.
- Ongoing content writingEvery page of your website is written for you. Regular blog posts are a separate service, and only if you request a blog page.
- SEO and adsOptional, $199 a month each, for when you want more customers sooner. Ad budgets are paid straight to Google or Facebook.
- Your domain nameYou buy and own your web address, usually for about $10 to $20 a year. I help you connect it.
Would you like one of these? Call or text 813-556-5611 and I’ll happily put together a custom price for you.

Website Design Questions
How do we get started?
Call or fill out the form, and I’ll call you within 30 minutes. Tell me about your business, and I’ll recommend 5 or 10 pages in plain English. When you’re ready, you pay the one-time flat fee, send me what I need (like your logo, wording and photos if you’re providing them), and your 7 days begin. No contracts, and you own your domain.
I’m just starting my business, or I don't have a website. Is that okay?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are opening their doors for the first time or have never had a website. We build your whole website from scratch, including the writing and photos, and guide you through every step in plain English. You don't need reviews, a long history or any website know-how to get started.
How many pages do I need?
Most local businesses do best with 5 pages to start: Home, About, Services, Photo Gallery and Contact. If you offer several services or serve several towns, 10 pages lets each one have its own page, which helps you show up for more searches.
Do I need to write anything?
No. Professional writing and photos are free with every website. I just need a quick call to learn about your business, and I take it from there.
Can I see my website before it goes live?
Yes. On day 6 you get to look it over and tell me what you'd like changed before it launches.
Can I add more pages later?
Absolutely. Your website can grow as your business grows. Just give me a call.
What does the $59 a month cover, and is there a contract?
Your website is a one-time flat fee, $99 for 5 pages or $199 for 10 pages. The $59-a-month Website Care Plan keeps it online and up to date: hosting, fast loading, the security lock (SSL), upkeep, and monthly edits like new images, updated wording or anything else you request, plus help with your web address. Many web designers charge a few hundred dollars for a single edit, so having them covered is a big part of the value. There is no contract, so you can cancel anytime. Our marketing services, like SEO, Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads, are separate, optional, and $199 a month each.
Who owns my domain name?
You do. You buy your own web address (called a domain) from a registrar, usually for about $10 to $20 a year, so it always belongs to you. I help you pick one and connect it to your new website. Already have a domain? I’ll connect that one.
What isn't included in the price?
To keep pricing simple and affordable, a few things are not included, but I’m happy to talk about custom pricing for them: complex custom web applications, large online stores (100+ products), advanced custom integrations, custom photo and video shoots, ongoing social media management, ongoing content writing, and SEO and ads (those are $199 a month each). Your domain name is bought by you, and ad budgets are paid directly to Google or Facebook.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your Care Plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for. You keep your domain, your logo and your social media pages, and on request I’ll send you your website's files so you can host them elsewhere.
Already have a website?
Then a redesign may be the better fit. Redesigns are custom quoted based on your pages and needs. See how website redesigns work.
